    Highland and Lyle avenues intersection, including parts of Highland and Lyle avenues and sidewalks

    Converting an all-way stop to a mini roundabout and adding a sidewalk connection to the existing sidewalk on the south side of Highland Avenue, east of Lyle Avenue

    Improvement of traffic flow and increased safety

    Full intersection closure and detour
